Boldkhuyag Luvsanvandan is one of the founding members of the Bodi Group in 1989. With over 20 years of experience in the Mongolian financial market, he was both board member and board director for the Golomt Bank of Mongolia. He was also appointed as the head of the Managing Board of “MG Wood”, a wood processing factory, the Head of Directors Board of “Sar Shine International” a non-bank financial institution, a member of the Managing board of “SOS International Medica Mongolia”, the head of Ph.D, professor Luvsanvandan foundation, the Vice president of the Mongolian Handball Federation, a member of the Managing Board of the Mongolian Manufacturers` Association and the President of Khaan Polo Club.
L. Boldkhuyag has worked as Swedish Honorary General Consul to Mongolia since 2005 and Honorary Consul since 2009. He was honored with the State premium award “Altan Gadas” and the “Red Flag Order of Labor” and the Swedish Kingdom’s premium prize. In 2013, he has been awarded the “Honorable doctor” title from the Mongolian National University’s school of Economics, for his contribution to the banking sector and economic development of Mongolia.
Executive board:
CEO: Saruul Ganbaatar brings in over 10 years experience in the financial sector, in which he held key positions such as the Deputy CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, where he led the transformation of the securities market with the adoption internationally accepted listing, trading and settlement standards and making contributions in drafting and approval of legislations such as Securities Markets and Investment Fund Laws. Prior joining the MSE, he held advisory roles at the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia. He was Head of Asia, Russia and CIS at AMP Futures, a Derivatives Strategist/Trader and Rosenthal Collins Group, and a Senior Banker at Mobium Mortgage Group.
